Order processing time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (17:00 CET) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the next business dayc.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days after shipment.
We are not responsible for postal delays.

Free shipping on orders over €100.

Shipment confirmation & tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lovelanguage.com with your order number and (if possible) photos. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
